![]() ![]() i like it when a game doesnt let me just brute force everything, switching to an easier difficulty wont fix the super slow health regen, just make everything more boringly easy and when you get low hp there, you still gotta sleep 20 times anyway. you cant just force everyone who doesnt want to take hours to get health back after an unsuccessful hunt to play on easy mode. Originally posted by Renjie_K:That's why its a option for players that want a more brutal game style just play on challenging instead if you dont like managing the health loss.as long as theres no other hard mode, accurate has to be more than just a waiting simulator. There's nothing else you can do in that period because you might die if attacked, and "well, I guess I'll just keep spamming Z for several minutes until the game decides to give me health", isn't very engaging or entertaining gameplay. I slept again and again and again and again. So far accurate has been fun for me, but then I failed an elk hunt and I was just stuck with minuscule health for like.forever. If health regen could be increased, even slightly, it would make accurate mode so much more enjoyable than it is now. There can still be realistic gameplay without having to do nothing but sleep 40 times. :) The thing is though, it's still a game, and there's a balance between realism and fun. If it's a big bother, I'd suggest just switching to Challenging, even if it's not very realistic, and playing on that setting, since health regains much quicker than in Accurate. If it's realistic, being hurt almost to death would take a couple of weeks or even months to heal - so really, it's just the fact that they've made it almost completely realistic. It says in the game settings, on the first page, 'Gameplay', that 'Accurate' is meant to be a brutal world, next to realistic. ![]() Originally posted by Primpetal:Tbh, that's the entire point of 'accurate'. ![]()
